CO PLANER

• Co-Planer has been specifically designed as a total heavy  duty, easy to use falsework system, complete with a comprehensive range of components. The extensive use of galvanised high tensile steels give higher loads from lighter components. This reduces the number of components used, improving productivity. A maximum 75kN leg load means fewer legs, fewer ledgers and less bracing is required. This together with the simple and positive thumb operated brace lock mechanism, improves erection times and reduces costs.
  

ALUMA

• The Aluma Frame is delivered to site completely assembled, and weighing only 20kg, one man can easily carry a frame which is immediately ready for erection. The frames are simply joined together by means of cross braces, allowing large areas of shoring to be speedily erected, saving time and money. The lightness of the system also saves money in transportation to and from site.

KWIKSTAGE

• Kwikstage propping equipment is ideal for both large and small, lightweight falsework applications, having a maximum leg load of 40kN. It can be erected and dismantled very quickly since all components are of standard lengths and all fittings are prepositioned. A complete range of system braces ensures safety and stability. PROPS

• Acrow props, available in 5 sizes to give a range of adjustment from 1.04m to 4.88m, comply with the minimum requirements of BS4074:1982. The inner component of the props are the same diameter as standard scaffold tube, enabling them to be simply laced together using tube and fittings. Prop to tube couplers are also available, which allows scaffold tube to be connected to the prop outer for additional lacing and bracing.
  

SYSTEM 200 TIMBER BEAM

• System 200 is a fabricated "I" section timber beam of constant dimension (80mm x 200mm). Lighter than a 6" x 3" timber, it’s strength is equivalent to an 8" x 3" Class SC3 timber. It is ideal for use as a primary or secondary bearer for decking or as a waling member for wall shutters.
